After the onslaught of Typhoon Yolanda (aka Haiyan) in Tacloban City, there was a necessity for transportation resources capable of providing car-for-rent services for NGOs, government offices, and more. That is when we, Highness Rent-a-Car, came into picture.  We provided car rental services to fill the vacuum.  Today, we still cater to the same services that we offered, and more!
